Ha, looks like I spoke to soon about Skipp and Tebow. Skipp is going to go ballistic on First & 10 tomorrow.

So will Sparano be fired after blowing a 15-0 lead in the 4th?

Re: Around the NFL Week 7
Hmm, Ponder is looking like he was worthy of the first round pick to me. Looks like Mayock, Lombardi, and the rest of the prognosticators were wrong on so many accounts about last years draft.

That's right, reach a conclusion about a rookie passer before his first game is even over.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7
Ponder is looking pretty good against the best team in the league. If Gabbert somehow works out fo rthe Jags, this may be a good rookie QB class.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7
On nights like this the NFL needs a mercy rule. Just call the game now.

Yeah, that kid is ballin today. Of course it is against st. Louis' d but I gotta give him credit. The cowboys good fortune at rb continues. And as I type this Carson Palmer just threw his his third pick. Nice debut there.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7
Ponder looks at least competent.

Re: Around the NFL Week 7
Yeah, even though Ponder's had a couple bad plays for the most part he really has come in and played pretty good. It doesn't mean he'll be great by any stretch but a good start should be recognized nonetheless.
