Since I've already registered for the Disney Marathon in January I'm going to try to continue training and then have the patella tendon graft surgery afterward. I'm particularly bummed that I won't be able to do the Tough Mudder in October (since clearly I'm not).

Well, I decided to do the Tough Mudder Virginia this past Saturday anyway, torn ACL and all. I wore a knee brace on both knees since the knee is wrecked from prior meniscus/partial ACL tear. I didn't have any real problems other than general soreness. It was pretty friggin' fun! I'd recommend it for any of you adventure junkies.
