MS also needs to encourage the veterans. I'm glad to hear him talk about that today, but I'd like to see some results. All this "Shanahan is changing the culture" won't mean sh*t unless the team does a better job at playing well when a lot is at stake. In the past two weeks, I've seen just a half a$$ performance in two important games. Players have to do their part no doubt, but in the end the actions of a team is a reflection of their coach.
