yeah I don't get the apology either. I'm presuming the photo's were put up on a Facebook page. Nothing about the photo is making the Patriots look bad unless there were comments associated with the photo's that were inappropriate. Otherwise I would not have given an apology either. Besides in the NFL if the team "fired" him they would still be obligated to his contract the whole time he could be playing for another team.

Let them fire him.
