The fact that Mike Shanahan is 9-14 after 23 games is discouraging to say the least. Gibbs 2.0, Jim Zorn, and Steve Spurrier all had at least 10 wins by their first 23 games. I know its just one more game, but Mike Shanahan was hired as head coach to build this Redskins team.
So far, he's had two drafts. I think regardless of how the Redskins finish in 2011, Mike Shanahan will have a great Redskin team on the field by the start of 2012.
