We don't have enough information but I think his career entitles Paterno to some benefit of doubt. And I can assure you this has little to do with "allegiance." I've been the most open Paterno detractor in the world for 10 plus years. I think his exit would be the best thing that could happen for the program. I just think calling him a ****er and wishing that his old ass burns in hell is a little premature.
