I doubt that is actually the best solution here though. Andy Reid's staff in Philly is doing him no favors. I don't think I want those guys here. I feel like that would be a lateral move to Shanny's staff. The best solution is probably a fresh start with a much younger coaching staff.

Like for example, I don't think Marty Morningweg is a particularly exciting coach-in-waiting offensive coordinator type.

I think Reid would turn it around here, but it would be kind of like Gibbs. If the front office is still based within the coaching staff, we'll be nowhere in 2015.
