I actually hope they have given up on Torain. So-so vision, no top-end agility or speed(a must since our OL gets blown up quite a few times), and very little power. He doesn't contribute on special teams, either.

Well, I certainly hope that Mike Shanahan hasn't given up on Ryan Torain. I like Torain. If you look at how he ran the ball last season, he was very effective. But in the NFL, it's all about what have you done for me lately. Torain had a great game against the Rams when he bulldozed for lots of rushing yardage, but has rode the pine after being ineffective in a couple of games. Honestly, I think Mike Shanahan is evaluating his running backs and realizes what he already has in Torain. Evan Royster, I'm thinking, will get a long look during these final weeks of the season.
