I do feel that penalties that occur at fast speeds, should be reviewed. Like that PF on Fletcher, there's no way that you can look at it at full speed and determine exactly what happened.

That hit on Harrison wasn't even to McCoy's head though. You could argue that it was late but it wasn't helmet to helmet. It's like everytime a QB gets hit hard the refs throw a flag.
