AND I personally don't think the SKins have any intention of heavily mortgaging future drafts (and I fully support that concept) in order to score a QB. He may not be the perfect guy....or maybe he will, BUT if he is not work out we WILL have future options to take another swing at the plate if our draftee does not work out.

How accurate is that? The cost for moving up the board depends where you're moving up from. Sure, some team will get raped because of their desperation to land Luck but that scenario is the absolute worst case.
