I'm not saying get rid of Jim Useless. Just never wanted him to begin with.
 His defensive track record is less than stellar except when he was a player. Defensive rankings and statistics aside, what was our W-L record last year, and what is it again this year? Anyone? Anyone? Yea! That's my point!
