Fletcher was pretty good on the air, fun personality, I think he could have a 2nd career lined up.

I am just looking forward to watching him finish out his first career, and hoping he will continue to be the great player and leader he is for a few more years. Would be curious to know whether he is thinking of coaching someday.

I can guarantee fletcher is gonna coach somewhere, and college seems to be a perfect fit for his personality, but who knows.

At #6 the Skins pick.....

Michael Floyd- WR Notre Dame 6-3, 224lbs, SR, 40 time: 4:54.

2nd RD the Skins pick....

Brandon Weeden- Oklahoma State 6-4, 218lbs, rSR, 40 time: 4:92.

In FA the team makes a big push for Flynn.

Yay! nothing makes me more excited then over-drafting a trouble-some drunk driving twice over idiot with my 6th pick. And then getting a system QB that is older than Aaron Rodgers, with 0 nfl experience!!!

You should be the new GM of the Colts!

Ok here's is why I did what I did....

some common reasoning....

Luck will be taken by the Colts.
RGIII taken by the Browns if nothing else.
Blackmon will probably be taken by the Rams to give Bradford a weapon.

So it was either take Tannehill at #6 which still is a possibility or hold off "IF" the Skins have already picked up a FA QB. So, I'm assuming the Skins push hard for a FA QB, one that knows the WCO system, one that has not already played and not faired well.... like Grossman and Beck, namely one that has shown promise and not been cut from a dozen teams, ie; Flynn or Hoyer.

Next I would figure the team would want to get another offensive weapon to go along side Hankerson and Davis. If Blackmon is gone I simply looked at the next best WR, the next one that was tall, ie; Floyed.
2012_WR NFL Draft Prospects - CBSSports.com - NFLDraftScout.com

The team could easily trade out to the teens and still probably pick up the WR to start or QB to challenge/develope.

So figuring the team takes a WR then I'd figure they would go QB in the second round. If they waited that long then clearly the other teams that need a QB would probably take Tannehill. Besides who knows if he is even the player MS/KS is interested in? So again if Luck, RGIII, and Tannehill are gone, then I started looking at who might be available in the second round. Miami might take a QB, KC might take a QB, not sure about Seattle, Arizona might, Dallas should (Romo sucks), Eagles might look for Vicks backup, the rest are pretty set at QB. So I again just figured the team would be of the mind set that they picked up a qualified QB in FA (yet again, lol) and they know they won't get one of the two top QB's then they might just pick up a young QB who will fit the system to develope....

Now, Weeden impressed me. He played well, managed the game well, made Luck look like a bumbling idiot, JK. But he seemed to make all the throws and put them where the WR could get them, didn't make risky throws like Grossman, and threw to the WR while the WR was in stride.

That is why I made those picks. It could go a ton of different ways...

Skins pick RGIII at #6
or
Skins move up to take RGIII.

then the 2nd round maybe they take a RT to protect the QB especially if they have picked up a #1 WR in FA.

Weeden is not the option for us, we'd be better off starting Brady Quinn.

There are some really good WRs who will be available in the second round, I'm hoping for Nick Toon, he's got the name also.
