Not sure what we need right now is a new offense to go along with our other issues. We tried that route a few years ago when Gibbs brought in Saunders in year 3 of his regime, that didn't work out so hot.

What we have now isn't so hot either.

That was a little awkward, but i can appreciate them trying to incorporate him in the offense as a fullback. It just didnt work. I like their flexibility and willingness to try new things. IE: the late adoption of the pitch to the running back.

Well you definitely don't have to worry about that with Martz, he's got no use for fullbacks or tight ends.
