I will say that any QB from this era will never compare to any of the old QBs. The Patriots and Colts have been responsible for many rules that blew up the NFL passing game. Because of the Colts, the NFL implemented the "no touching WRs beyond 5 yds" rule and then there's the Brady Rule.

It was the Steelers of the late 70 that were the ones responsible for the passing rule changes because their D was so good. The Colts benefitted from those no touching rules, they didnt cause them.
