This will be the 3rd year in a row where these clowns were unable to land a franchise QB. I know my vitriol is premature but Cleveland has more to offer than we do. I even went to numerous Cleveland Browns forums and their fans are clamoring for him. Not saying the fans will dictate who Holmgren drafts but will most certainly have some degree of influence once the local media pressure kicks in to high gear.

PROJECTED TRADE: Several teams are going to try and move up to get Griffin but the Browns have the most ammo -- the fourth overall pick and a late first-rounder or high picks in later rounds. Cleveland needs Griffin -- and wants him, according to league sources -- and the Rams will still get their man.

Mock Drafts 2012: Richardson could slip to Bengals at No. 17

Uh, yeah. This isn't a scenario that hasn't been realized.
