I would say it probably wouldn't. HOF players have a unique blend of talent and smarts. You can teach smarts but you can't teach talent. They probably have a flawed perspective on what it takes to be successful because of their unique talent.

That's partly why I didn't want DG to come here and be secondary coach. He was blessed with unique talent, and I don't think he's qualified to coach at all. He would've had a better shot at becoming coach if he started the right way as a quality control guy then worked his way up the ranks.

Green works from a higher power. He has leadership qualities too.
