Re: Laron Landry - Redskin for life?
Proof? I disagree with his decision not to have surgery, but I haven't heard anywhere that surgery is recommended. If that is the case and Landry still isn't having it, then I hope the grass is greener for him elsewhere, because I wouldn't put up with him another year.

I knew Landry wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but come on. I'd be comfortable giving him a one year deal (not big money though) and seeing what happens but if he's injured again this season then let him walk.

How would next season be any different for him than last season if he doesn't get his achilles repaired? I don't see how he could possibly get 100% healthy for next season by having a shaman wave a chicken feather over his heel. If we sign him instead of another starting calibre SS then I fear that we'll end up with a backup playing SS for most of the season. |

Reread my post. I'm not saying give him a one year deal on a bum knee, I'm saying if the circumstances fit and coaches feel he can contribute, bring him back on a one year deal. I don't feel like creating another hole on this team and filling it with another free agent option.
