a future first and fourth, plus a quality vet to move up 4 spots, AND they still get to swap this years?

Ive been thinking a lot lately, and that is WAY too mucho to move up 4 spots in the draft. I would much rather take a Manning, take a chance on Foles to sit under him for a few, and get the best OLineman we can with our 6th pick, or maybe the top WR in the draft if he falls to 6, even though I dont think he will.
