I get about 32 to 35 mpg highway and like 25 to 28 around town. I have no complants about it, it handles very well and for being only a 4cylinder it has good power. but now I think that they come standard with a v-6. An over all rating I would give it a 10/10.

kewl thanks. I liked how the sonata drove during the test drive and I like the security of having a pretty lengthy warranty. for me with my budget and lack of credit history, I've been trying to decide between the sonata, a used 98 BMW, the matrix, and the kia spectra 5, and a scion.
