2012 2nd overall pick: RGIII

Rams get:
2012 6th overall pick
2013 1st rounder
2013 3rd rounder
2013 5th rounder

You guys still feel that's too much?

How? Its three picks? One of which carries the value of Niles Paul and Dejon Gomes. We keep all our picks this year and get our potential franchise QB. I would take that deal all day.

No Go. Browns will top any deal that Redskins can make and Rams will prefer them.

agreed. But what I'm trying to tell you is that that's no longer a "potential scenario" as the 2nd draft position will not be made available to the redskins by the rams.

Part of me says, "Jump all over that scenario and don't think twice."

The part of me which feels that fans and draft sites value RGIII more highly than NFL front office types says, "RGIII will be there at 6 so there's no point."

I would pay that in a second! I think it's cheap actually. No way we move up without including this years #2 in addition to next years #1.

I'd do that deal in a heartbeat (providing that Mike and crew loved him), but there isn't a snowballs chance in hell that St. Louis would give us that deal. It would require more picks this year. Those 2013 are really worthless in the current state. Picks don't hold much value unless it's in the present. That's when they are like gold.
