It's pretty simple;

MS is old school and likes Vet QB's.
KS is new school and likes Rookies to train.

Bu in any reality if we are to get rid of Grossman and Beck then there are two holes to fill and it's only logical that one spot be a Vet who's serviceable and the other a Rookie to develope or start if ready.

KS likes rookies but wants Peyton Manning and MS likes vets but wants Robert Griffin III? Yep that makes sense.
