I want to see MS be able to motive this team and start winning big games that matter.

I know we need talent, but I feel at times this season the team played without any motivation and at times it seemed that they quit on the field. I don't want to see anymore ego battles between MS and players. What I want to see is a team that is willing to do anything for their coach. One thing I admire from Bill Belichick is that he seems to motivate his team to do anything.
Motivation as in a fire up the troops pre-game speech? I'm never sure what people mean by this sort of thing.

The Giants and Pats are very talented teams #1, and #2 have had their coaching staffs in place for several years. I think that's the key to their sustained success more than anything.
