We have to remember as much as us wanting to trade up these teams "Indy, St. Lou, & Minn" IMO want to trade down, everyone wants more picks especially High picks.

Uness of course they are interested in RGIII also, then the trade up is moot.

and honestly Indy will not want to trade down. They will not keep Manning for two reasons
1- they don't know if he'll get healthy.
2- they won't want to give up the 28mill if he's not healthy.

So for that alone Indy will want to keep their draft pick and select a franchise QB.

Beyond that all bets are off. With any of the rest I see more upside with RGIII then what they already have and they would be crazy to pass up on him considering none of their QB's have shown they are franchise material as of yet.
