This picture was clearly taken sometime between the 80's and 90's. If you look closely, you can tell he's wearing the top half of a Canadian tuxedo. Those haven't been relevant since the aforementioned time period. Thus I conclude that advancements in the field of understanding women have been made, as they should with time.
