To the draft point, do you think Peyton would be alright with us drafting a QB in the first or second round? I have no doubt he is a professional but drafting a QB that high would say we don't expect you to start in a year or two. IMO Peyton wants the starting nod for another three to four years.

If it's someone like Tannehill who is a bit of a project and would benefit from sitting for a few years, I don't think he would have a problem with it.
