I agree but sometimes yo ujust have to get face to face with them. What gets me are the lines of people that are there everyday. I am standing at the ATM thinking what are they all waiting for? I am talking about going to the teller.

ha! amen to that. i've never seen anyone in front of me do something with the teller that they couldn't have done over the phone or at the atm.
