I hesitate to call anyone a franchise QB until they have been here longer then a couple of years, and they have to have pretty decent success. RGIII has neither of these as of yet and for me it's hard to call him anything other then a really good luxury draft pick which will cost the team several valuable draft picks that could be starters also. In yrs past when Cerrato would draft 7 people and only keep 2 or 3 I'd agree with you all but this coaching staff showed they can scout valuable starting talent and able to keep all.
