i understand what your saying, im just going by what Shanahan had said about adding a #1 receiver and how it was a big priority. Out of Garcon, Jackson, and Colston, i would take Jackson. He has been in trouble in the past but i think he has been good for the most part with no problems. He wasnt my first choice but out of what is supposedly left he is the best choice and would make much more of an impact than the other 2. He really goes up and gets the ball.
