Goes back to the Beck/Grossman thing last year. He is being a Coach here not a true talent evaluator. He knew last year our QB situation was not the best but instead of saying our QBs suck but we'd have to give up too much to get somone better and have a ton of other needs to address, he gave the guys on the team his full backing and created competiton for the spot. Good for him. He is doing the same thing here.

Who is giving 100% for the guy that told the nation you weren't good enough, but it's how we have to handle it and we have a plan in place to eventually replace that person.
