Also fair enough, I just think at the same point in their draft journey more teams liked RG3 than Cam.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

Their D was decimated last year, a healthy Jon Beason, James Anderson, Chris Gamble, the fact that they will probably take Dontari Poe, and a defensive draft Carolina could compete for the division next year.

So we get Manning and would still take Tannehill at 6? Wow thats pretty damn stupid. Rather move back or take a QB round 2 than reach that high at 6 with many other needs.

You can still get good quality players with our second and third rounders. Also, trading down depends on who is interested in trading with us and that always doesn't happen.

To me, this makes too much sense. But I've heard the Cardinals have to make a few other moves to make it work though and it may not be so easy for them. Still, if I'm Manning I probably put the Cardinals at the top of my list

Report: Peyton Manning "put out feelers" to the Cardinals

Well, if he doesn't want to play for us, onto the next guy. Which in this case I hope is RG3.

I for one will be happy if this is true. We're too far away for one player, even a Manning, to put us over the top. I'd rather see us plan for the long term.

Perfect!

If you are in the RG3 camp Manning to MIA or CLE (unlikely) is the best case.

Good for him. Bad for us if you wanted him/makes us look like a 'joke' of a team

I think the Cards make sense, but I think he'll land in Miami.
