Pick one of Wayne or Garcon, and let the other go. A case can be made for either, but not both. Wayne does have the U connection though.

I guess I would take the younger one, but honestly there has to be better options out there. I for one am not going to pay a premium contract to Wayne and Garcon is often injured.
