If Peyton had been healthy and played the whole season last year, he would've been 28 million richer today. As far as the length goes, we know Fletch probably only has 3-4 seasons left. Give him a 3 year deal with an option for the 4th. I doubt he's looking for a 7 year deal or anything crazy like that.
