Yeah, though Drew Brees' franchise tag is exclusive specifically so we couldn't have signed him for less than it cost to get RG3.

The list of QBs you couldn't have got for this price is Andrew Luck, Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Philip Rivers and maybe Eli?

You probably could have gotten Matthew Stafford for this price. I think at least.
