This isn't a killer even if it ends up being enforced, and it's not Allen's fault that he played by the rules and the rules changed retroactively.

I am usually fairly calm and even tempered, but anyway this shakes out I am going to be pissed. If it turns out that we actually did not break any rule then I am going to be angry at the league, if we knowingly broke the rules then I am going to be even more pissed.

So if we take 20 million of the hit this year we would have 20 million to spend and then have to be 16 million under the cap for next year?

We have 40 million cap room this year, we are losing 36 over the next two. So say we take a 20 million hit this year and have 20 left to spend this year. Then next year we are going to lose 16 million again. Oooooor was that sarcasm that snuck right by me?

Someones gotta help me out. I thought the team was around 36-38 mill under the CAP. Then I see the team is 30 or 31 mill under the CAP. Now you are saying the Skins are 40 mill under the CAP.

IS THERE AN ACCURATE # WE ALL CAN AGREE ON?

The cap space changes with every move the team makes. The "as of" date is key to figuring out the differences in the numbers.
