Draft Strategy after the first round
Let's talk about what we think will happen for the Redskins after the first round. Who do you think the skins will go after or hope they go after? I feel that we will have to address the o-line in the draft. This cap punishment by the NFL has screwed us. We have had to change our strategy we may have to find a way to acquire more picks. What's your opinion?

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
I'd like to give up our 3rd and 4th to move up into the 2nd to take a starting interior lineman.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
We need another S, CB, OL, RB, ILB

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
Why is RB a need?
Secondary definitely needs some help. |

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
Watch out, you might kicked in the nuts by NC like I suggested the same in another post. Except that I would target a S as a bigger need instead of OL.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
I was thinking we should pull a trade like this but I think the cap penalty we have us to resort to picking up more quantity over quality.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
Could we swing a pre draft trade for an early second, use it as trade bait for a later round second and third? I really like the idea of accumulating picks still.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
Hightower is not signed, is returning from major injury and there are many very good RB's.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
We had 12 draft picks last year. We need quality starters, not more backups.

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
i'd take 2 or 3 offensive lineman, and 2 or 3 defensive backs, maybe a linebacker

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
Hightower shouldn't be difficult to re-sign if we want him.
Helu and Royster outplayed him anyway. |

Re: Draft Strategy after the first round
im hoping we can get either a starting safety or RT before the draft and then like move up in the second like Aristocrat said for a starter in the other spot.

I see a lot of trading around by BA, wouldnt surprise me if we get more picks. Biggest needs I see are Safety and OLine depth, I hope we can find a diamond in the rough at S.
