What's the knock on our O-line anyway? They got pushed around some but we aren't all that bad. The two young guys Hurt and Smith played really well. I recently read an interesting perspective in regards to our O-Line but right now I'm having trouble placing it.

Anyhow, basically it goes that in 2011 we gave up 5 less sacks then we did in 2010. Now 5 sacks might not seem like that great a drop but when you consider that we lost Kory L for the season, Trent Williams for 6 games, Tim Hightower for the season (aka our top pass protection back), and Jammal Brown for 4 games well safe to say a 5 sack drop looks all the more impressive.

The fact of the matter is we might not necessarily need starters but rather we need to focus on finding better backups or at least focus more on improving the ones we have.
