Really, best QB prospect since John Elway and yet the Redskins would be getting screwed? Keep in mind I absolutely love Griffin and I hate making it sound like I'm putting him down because he's an amazing prospect himself, easily the number 1 pick/QB in any draft outside of 2012 and 2004 in the current era. However we have to appreciate that in terms of the top rated player in the pre-draft process, no one is going to beat a healthy Andrew Luck.
You have Mel Kiper and Todd McShay asking scouts around the league who the top QB is and all they can come up with is one guy leaning towards Griffin. I mean who do you guys think is the top prospect on the Redskins draft board? Now who has the better career and who plays better after draft day is a different question but as of April when all that matters is scouting reports and evaluations no one has a chance to beat Luck.
