I'd have to say, this board has been really good about that. Sure, there are some that have been here forever, but there is a lot of come and go too. I would say that ranters and people who just post to see themselves post are chased off pretty quick but, if you make solid contributions and can back up your opinions with actual thought out positions, you get accepted in pretty quick.

I mean, except for CRed ... He just got in 'cause everyone assumed he might be half as smart as me.

I agree. It's like someone said in another thread, this board generally polices itself. There's a number of members here that have joined and made a positive impression, and have been accepted. As some have left, others have joined.

There are a couple people here I ignore, but for the most part I like reading everyone's opinion on things. Even if I disagree with them we are still able to keep it civil here too. There's a good reason why this is the only board I've ever been able to stick around on out of all the forums I've joined on the web.

No crap. I have a ton of waisted posts here but in other web sites I have like only 800 or less. I just get tired of how their boards have changed so much and now are more about policing what everyone can and can't do vs. voicing opinions about subjects.

LOL! Poor CRed!

I think overall this board has been pretty good, but it has its flaws just like any other board. That's to be expected when you have a diverse group of people as members. Honestly, don't take it seriously and treat others with respect, and it's a great place. Bitch and moan about trivial things and it becomes a debbie downer.
