Wow. That's horrible. But not suprising considering the number of horrible driving decisions I see people make every day in NoVa.

Last week I was driving to work on 95N in Howard County and the person in front of me kept hitting their brakes for some reason even though there was no one directly in front of them. When we got to a bit of a curve in the road I was able to see into their side mirror to figure out the distraction - She was vigorously picking her nose and was braking every few seconds to check her schnoz in the mirror.
It really did grind my gears.

With that tag she should be in jail !! I see it every day , I was behind a guy on Burke Lake rd ( doing 45mph ) and the car in front of me drifted right , drifted left actually clipped the median . As i went around the guy , I noticed that he was playing a game on his IPhone ?? I would love to see the state of Va. punish texting /cell phone the same way we do for DWI .
