Regardless of whether or not it changes anyone's perception, why edit it in the first place. The reporting on this matter has been abysmal. <sigh>
There should be some sort of FCC regulations that prevent agencies from doing this. Doctoring/editing footage to incite racial issues is about the scummiest thing you could do. You understand now why I have such a disdain for corporate media?
