Why are you advocating taking away even more of what little privacy these guys have? Just because these guys will be playing in the NFL in the near future doesn't mean we deserve access to every single little bit of information they have.

Then they probably don't need to be going to the NFL. Their whole lives will become open to the public. Going to the club? We'll know. Say something stupid on Twitter? We'll know. Knock up a few random hoes? We'll know. Fail drug tests? We'll know. Get arrested for DUI or making it rain? We'll know.


Either make it all open, or just close it off entirely which will be fine with me.

No offense, but you still continue with your "just because" reasoning. In the end, all of the combine information is important for the teams to know and no one else. I believe if the NFL was a public company or funded by public money, then you could argue your "just because" reasoning, although even then I believe that are guidelines under the Freed of Information Act on what information can be made available to the public.
