Regardless - I agree our O-line is not as bad as we keep saying. It was a strength through the first couple of games last year.
However,
1) Injuries to key line positions WILL happen again. They happen EVERY year.
2) J.Brown is using yoga for therapy. Seriously? Yoga?
3) Our division has some of the best pass rushers in the NFL, hard to play with a rookie QB on his back the whole game. I saw RG3's college games, and he didn't do much magical when the pass rush was getting to him. Brady didn't do much when he kept getting sacked by the NY Giants. Both games.
4) TW and FD are still one puff away from killing our season.


I say bring M. Williams back from obesity, run him on a treadmill to lose 150lbs and start for us in September. It worked for Zorn and Cerrato...
Yoga is one of the better forms of stretching. For a guy who needs to get low, be flexible, and control his body it is a great method regardless of therapy. The stretching helps break up the scar tissue in his hip (the center of your body) which reduces tightness and pain. I have to do stretches with my right knee to keep the scar tissue from hardening too much. Ever seen somebody with cauliflower ears from wrestling, martial arts, etc? Imagine that in the middle of bone and ligaments. Just hard tissue... yeah not fun.

More teams should incorporate yoga and Pilates.. you won't get every athlete behind it but it helps. So many of these guys have raw talent and have relied on that.. which is one reason behind injuries.. they haven't prepared their bodies to take that kind of punishment and likely not taken proper steps to recover from it. Think about a corner who can't flip his hips well but is blazing fast.. teach him better hip control and flexion and you'll get a better corner.

It amazes me that training programs in the NFL aren't close to what they are in some other sports. Hell I'd say most bodybuilders have better methods of preparation and recovery.
