Since we're talking hot sauce. I saw some of this. Never seen white hot sauce before. Apparently there's no flavor to it. Its just pure heat.
 Description: This one is to be used as an additive ONLY. There is NO FLAVOR here, only heat. Capsaicin crystals in a solution. That's it. Ingredients: Vinegar, water, salt, Aquaresin (R) of capsaicin.
