I took my family to Friendly's because my son likes it last weekend after visiting someone in the hospital...for dessert I had an ice cream sandwich made with two thick WAFFLES. I had a scoop of "Nuts over Caramel" and a scoop of "Vienna Mocha Chunk" in it...tasted like breakfast with the waffles and flavors of coffee and syruppy flavors. The thing was about 5 inches thick.
Might have to get that again, or make at home.  Better yet, it was only $2.99, probably their cheapest ice cream item.
