It's as simple as that, IMO, unless we went to the Superbowl. Snyder isn't going to let Mike and Kyle ruin RGIII. He gave up a lot to get him and I think he knows it's in the organization's best interests to do everything to make sure he succeeds, and if Mike and Kyle gotta go for that to happen, then they gotta go...

As long as we don't end up with a new defensive coordinator that runs the 4-3. The pointless change from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and changing personnel literally added a year to our restructuring. If we would have just left the solid defense we had in place I think we'd be a lot farther along at this point.
