Probably so. I didn't watch the Green Latern with Ryan Reynolds, so I don't know how good that movie was, but the last Superman movie was extremely boring to me. So, I'd think they'd need to do a couple of reboots for those characters (well at least superman I can speak of) before they'd try a Justice League movie.
