It might be 5 years or it might 25 but it will happen. I could see them changing the name to something like Warriors and still using the spear logo.

Without legit legal pressure it's simply not happening. 20 years have gone by and this movement has gone nowhere in court. The Supreme Court refused to even hear the case in 2009.
