The hardest-hitting reply would be the pseudo-compliment..."that's not a bad time for someone of your size (or substitute weight)".

I'm not one for insulting fat people out loud, to their faces...but she's asking for it with her attitude.

I remember SS bringing this up a while ago, but not sure if it was in this thread, and my search didn't help. Either way, the discussion was about wives/gf/family members trying to act knowledgeable about sports.
