Blocker yes, full-time receiving TE, no...unless Davis gets himself suspended again.
Paul will have some big plays though when the attention is on Davis. He has kick-returning speed and ability at the TE spot but I think he's mainly there for his blocking ability. We have too many WRs to get him on the field to block from the WR position. Smart move, the coaches are really using his strengths and moving him to WR helps that position while also allowing another talented WR to make the team. If at WR, Paul would either be at the bottom of the depth chart or not even making the team. I like Cooley out of the backfield too. He's versatile.
