I've said it before and I'll say it again - I love this guy!
Alexander making smooth transition to inside linebacker - The Insider - The Washington Post Sounds like the transistion to ILB is going well. I hope he can be a permanent guy there. Pretty amazing that he has gone from 300 lbs. to 244 lbs. over the course of his career.
